Boost Smoothie Recipe
Combine yogurt, espresso, granola cereal, SPLENDA® Packet, cinnamon and 1/2 cup of milk in a blender.
Blend on medium speed until smooth.
Pour into a glass.
Sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon on top.
Foam 1 cup (250 mL) milk with a milk frother.
Add a dollop of foam on top of the beverage.
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) espresso
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) granola cereal; unsweetened
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) 1% milk
- SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener- Packet
- 1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
- Cocoa powder- optional
