1 cup (250 mL) pecan halves
3/4 cup (180 mL) butter
3/4 cup (180 mL) whipping cream
1/2 cup (125 mL) SPLENDA® Brand Brown Sugar Blend, packed
2 tbsp (30 mL) bourbon (or 2 tsp/10 mL vanilla)
On baking sheet, toast pecans in 300°F (150°C) oven until golden, about 8 minutes. Let cool.
In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in cream, SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend and bourbon; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced to 1 1/2 cups (375 mL), about 12 minutes. Stir in pecans.
