Grilled Asian Steak Salad Recipe

Whisk together first 10 ingredients. Set dressing aside.

Toss salad ingredients in large bowl. Slice grilled flank steak and add to salad.

Pour dressing over salad and toss. Serve cold.

  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ginger; minced
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) garlic; minced
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener- Granulated
  • 1/8 cup (30 mL) lemon juice; fresh
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) sesame oil
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil; extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Tabasco® Sauce*
  • Salad
  • 7 cups (1.7 L) romaine lettuce; chopped; rinsed
  • 3/4 (180 mL) cup snow peas; cut in thirds
  • 1/2 red pepper; medium; sliced thin
  • 1/2 yellow pepper; medium; sliced thin
  • 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) grape tomatoes; halved
  • 1 1/2 cup (375 mL) baby carrots; sliced
  • 8 oz. (224 g) flank steak; trimmed; grilled and chilled
