Hot Cranberry Apple Cider

This recipe is:

1 cup (250 mL)  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

8 cups (2 L) unsweetened apple cider

1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened cranberry juice

1/2 tsp (2 mL) whole cloves

1/2 tsp (2 mL) whole allspice

4 cinnamon sticks

1/2 cup (125 mL) unsweetened, dried cranberries

1/3 cup (80 mL) fresh orange juice

1 medium orange, zested


Place ingredients in large pot. Over low heat, bring to a simmer.

Simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Strain and serve.
