Lemon Cheese Spread Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Beat with mixer until smooth. Cover and chill.
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener- Granulated
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
- 2 tsp (10 mL) grated lemon rind
