Mango Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed; process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
Pour into three glasses and serve immediately.
- 1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
- 1 large ripe mango; peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener- Granulated
- 1 cup (250 mL) plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) mango nectar or orange juice
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) almond extract
- 1 pinch of salt
