3 cups (750 mL) water
16 fl oz (454 g) hot instant cocoa, no sugar added
1 tbsp (15 mL) vanilla extract
1 tsp (5 mL) ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
2 tsp (10 mL) ground cinnamon
1 tbsp (15 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1/4 cup (60 mL) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (250 mL) fat-free aerosol whipped cream
Bring 3 cups (750 mL) water to a boil.
Mix cocoa mix, vanilla, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, SPLENDA® Granulated, and condensed milk in a heatproof pitcher. Add boiling water and stir to blend.
Serve in 4 mugs, topped with a 1/4 cup (60 mL) of whipped cream each.
