This recipe is:

1 1/4 cup (310 mL) 2% milk

1 cup (250 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

3/4 cup (180 mL) melted butter

1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla essence

3 cups (750 mL) oatmeal flakes

1/2 cup (125 mL) dried cranberries

1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped peanuts

1/2 cup (125 mL) crushed flax seeds

1/3 cup (80 mL) sesame seeds

1/4 cup (60 mL) ground almonds

1/2 cup (125 mL) dried apricots


Mix all the ingredients together. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet so that it is approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick.

Bake at 350° F (180° C) until the mixture is lightly golden.

Turn out, cut into bars and let cool.
