1/2 cup (125 mL) cranberry juice (or strawberry, raspberry or other)

1 frozen, sliced banana (freeze for 30 minutes)

1/2 cup (125 mL) soft silken tofu

1/2 cup (125 mL) pineapple pieces

2 tsp (10 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

4 to 6 fresh mint leaves


Process all ingredients in food processor to desired consistency.
