Watermelon Raspberry Popsicles Recipe

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Pour ingredients out of blender. Strain through a sieve into a small bowl, pressing firmly to extract as much of the liquid as possible. Discard pulp.

Pour extracted juice into popsicle moulds and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.

  • 1 cup (250 mL) fresh raspberries
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener; Granulated
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) light corn syrup
  • 2 cups (500 mL) watermelon; seeded and diced
  • 1 cup (250 mL) fresh raspberries
  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener; Granulated
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) light corn syrup
