Peach Ginger Ice Pops Recipe

12 servings, ready in 8 hours and 10 minutes

Peach Puree:

Purée enough fresh or frozen peaches with 1 cup of water to create 3 ¾ cups.

Strained Ginger:

Peel 1/2 cup of fresh ginger add 1/2 cup of water and purée. Strain through a fine strainer, and add the ginger juice to the peaches and blend well.

Add the SPLENDA® Stevia No Calorie Sweetener and mix. Divide into twelve, 3oz ice pop molds and freeze for 8 hrs (or until frozen solid).


  • 3 3/4 cups of puréed peaches
  • 1/4 cup of puréed and strained ginger (1/2 cup chopped fresh ginger, 1/2 cup water blend and strain)
  • 5 packets of SPLENDA® Stevia No Calorie Sweetener
