This recipe is:

1 cup (250mL) ice cubes

1 cup (250mL) chopped fresh pineapple

1 small ripe banana, sliced

3 tablespoons (45mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

½ cup (125mL) reduced-fat coconut milk

½ teaspoon (2mL) vanilla extract



Look for unsweetened coconut milk in the Asian food section of your supermarket.


Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed; process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
