Creamy Cole Slaw

This recipe is:

1 1/2 cups Hellmann’s® Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing*

1/3 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

3 tbsp (45 mL) Vidalia onion, (or other sweet onion) finely chopped

2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice

1 tbsp (15 mL) white wine vinegar

1 1/4 tsp (6 mL) celery seed

3/4 tsp (4 mL) salt

1/4 tsp (1 mL) black pepper

8 cups (2 L) Classic cole slaw cabbage mix (1 Bag)

1/2 cup (125 mL) carrots, cut into matchsticks or shredded


Whisk all ingredients except cabbage mix and carrots in large bowl.

Add cole slaw mix and carrots.

Refrigerate for at least two hours. Mix and serve cold.
