6 cups (1.5 L) mixed greens salad

1 diced mango

1 cup (250 mL) shrimp (cooked and cooled)

Salad dressing:

5 tbsp (75 mL) olive oil

3 tbsp (45 mL) sesame oil

3 tbsp (45 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

Juice of 3 limes

10 pecan nuts

2 green onion stems, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tsp (5 mL) cumin powder


Mix the salad, diced mango and shrimp in a bowl.

Combine the ingredients for the dressing and toss with the salad.
