
Cinnamon Oatmeal Apple Crisp Recipe
Preparation
2 cups (500 mL) granny smith apples, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon (5 mL) ground cinnamon, divided
6 packets SPLENDA® Stevia No Calorie Sweetener, divided
1/4 cup (60 mL) baking mix
1/2 cup (125 mL) old fashioned oats
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon (15 mL) unsalted butter
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C).
Stir together apples, 2 mL cinnamon, and 3 packets of SPLENDA® Sweetener. Set aside.
Mix remaining 3 packets of SPLENDA® Stevia No Calorie Sweetener, and 3 mL cinnamon with baking mix, oats, and salt in a large bowl. Add butter and mix with a fork until the dry ingredients are incorporated.
Place half of the apple mixture into an oven safe single-serve bowl. Top with half of the oat mixture. Repeat for the second serving.
BAKE for 35-45 minutes in preheated oven.
