  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a 9” x 5” loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, blend together eggs, buttermilk, applesauce, and bananas.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix in Splenda Stevia Sweetener.
  4. Stir dry ingredients into the banana mixture, then stir in pecans. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
