Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer (or in a bowl using an electric mixer), combine butter and cream cheese and beat until fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla extract and mix to incorporate.
  3. Add half-and-half and beat on high until fluffy. Gradually add Splenda Sweetener and beat until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Frost on your favourite cake or cupcakes.
