Pink Cloud Protein Smoothie

To make the bottom layer:

  1. In a tall clear glass, add 2 tablespoons raspberries and 1 packet Splenda Stevia Sweetener into the bottom. Using the back of a fork, mash them against the bottom-side of the glass, pushing the raspberries against until they are a pretty pink and look like a jam.

To make the smoothie:

  1. Add frozen fruit, protein powder, Splenda Stevia Sweetener and milk to a blender. Process on high until smooth. If smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid and blend again. Add ice if needed to thicken and blend!

To make the clouds:

  1. Use the back of a spoon to spread whipped cream into cloud-like wisps on the sides of the glass. Pour smoothie into glass on top of raspberries at the bottom. Enjoy immediately!
