  1. In a bowl, add all ingredients (except for toppings) and stir well.
  2. Allow mixture to settle for a few minutes then mix again until there are no longer any clumps.
  3. Cover mixture with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Spoon mixture into glass jars, and top with chopped banana and coconut flakes.
