  1. In a small bowl, stir together flour, Splenda Stevia, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in almond milk, vanilla, and oil. Fold in 1 tablespoon of blueberries.
  2. Spoon mixture into a microwave-safe mug sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top with the second tablespoon of blueberries.
  3. Mix streusel ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over the batter. Microwave for 1 ½ – 2 minutes (depending on the strength of your microwave). Enjoy immediately!
