Ingredients
For the crust:
1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
¼ cup butter, melted
For the filling:
5 (8-ounce) packages regular cream cheese
1 ⅔ cups Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
3 tablespoons flour
5 large eggs + 2 large egg yolks
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions
To make the crust:
Preheat oven to 475°F.
In a bowl, combine crumbs, Splenda Sweetener, and butter. Mix until crumbs are evenly moist. Press into bottom of a 10” springform pan.
To make the filling:
In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Splenda Sweetener and flour and mix until smooth.
Add eggs and egg yolks; beat until smooth. Add vanilla extract and cream; mix until well blended. Pour filling over crust.
Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 200°F and bake for 1 hour. Turn oven off and leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour more. Cheesecake will be slightly firm to the touch.
Let cool for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
