Peach Almond Crisp

To make the filling:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Stir together peaches, Splenda Sugar Blend, orange juice, almond extract, flour, and nutmeg. Spread evenly in prepared dish.

To make the topping:

  1. In a food processor, combine Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, flour, oats, almonds, cinnamon, and salt; pulse to mix. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over peaches.
  2. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving warm.
