1 teaspoon peppermint extract

3 cups brewed strong coffee

Instructions

In a standard drip coffee maker, brew 3 cups of strong brewed coffee
In a small saucepan, bring milk and Splenda Sweetener to a simmer over medium heat.
Whisk in cocoa powder until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
Divide hot coffee in 4 serving mugs; stir in peppermint mixture.
Top with whipped cream and fresh mint; serve.
