Ingredients
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 packets Splenda® Monk Fruit Sweetener
¼ cup canned pure pumpkin
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons chia seeds
¼ cup whole rolled oats
1 teaspoon toasted pecans
1/16 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon zero sugar vanilla yogurt
Instructions
Mix almond milk, Splenda Monk Fruit Sweetener Packets, pumpkin, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, chia seeds, and oats together in a small bowl. Pour into a jar, cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, top with pecans, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a drizzle of yogurt. Enjoy breakfast on-the-go!
Note
For a gorgeous layered jar, add about ¼ cup of zero sugar vanilla yogurt on top of the pumpkin oats. Sprinkle toasted pecans on top.
