Ingredients
½ cup almond flour
6 packets Splenda® Monk Fruit Sweetener
¼ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon stevia-sweetened white chocolate chips, divided
1 tablespoon raspberries
2 teaspoons chopped pistachios
Instructions
In a shallow mug, using a fork, mix flour, Splenda Monk Fruit Sweetener, and baking powder together until combined.
Mix in almond milk and vanilla until combined. Stir in 2 teaspoons white chocolate chips until just combined. Microwave 5 minutes and let rest in microwave 2-3 minutes.
Top with remaining chocolate chips, raspberries, and pistachios. Serve and enjoy.
