  1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Pour over tea bags; cover and steep 10 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently; discard.
  2. Stir Splenda Sweetener into tea; add remaining 2 cups water. Add lemon juice, if desired. Serve over crushed ice with garnishes.
