Strawberry Basil Ice Pops Recipe

12 servings, ready in 8 hours and 10 minutes

Strawberry Puree:

Combine enough fresh or frozen strawberries with 1 cup of water and purée to create two cups.

Strained Basil:

Wash fresh basil (2cups), add 2 cups of boiling water; steep for approximately 10 minutes.  Strain the leaves and mix the liquid into the puréed strawberries.

Stir in the SPLENDA® Stevia No Calorie Sweetener. Divide into twelve 3oz ice pop molds and freeze for 8 hrs (or until frozen solid).


  • 2 cups of puréed strawberry
  • 1 3/4 cups of steeped, strained basil (2 cups basil leaves, 2 cups hot water)
  • 8 packets of SPLENDA® Stevia No Calorie Sweetener
