5 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed, or 7 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup Splenda® Granulated Sweetener
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 refrigerated rolled pie crust, softened according to package directions
1 cup zero sugar whipped topping, for serving

Instructions
In a large bowl, add peaches, sweetener, lemon juice, cornstarch, and nutmeg, and toss to coat.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Transfer 1 pie crust to a 9-inch pie dish. Press crust into pie dish. Spoon peach mixture into pie dish. On a lightly floured work surface, cut remaining pie crust into eleven 1-inch strips. Arrange 5 strips across pie. Form lattice by interweaving the 6 remaining strips perpendicular across the first strips. Press edges of strips into crust edges and crimp edges.
Bake pie until crust is golden-brown and filling is bubbling, about 40-50 minutes. Cool at room temperature before slicing. Top with a dollop of whipped topping. Serve and enjoy.
