  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a saucepan, combine pumpkin, 3 tablespoons of Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Pour hot mixture into an ungreased 1 ½-quart casserole dish.
  4. In a bowl, combine remaining 1 tablespoon of Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and pecans. Sprinkle over pumpkin.
  5. Bake 5–10 minutes or until browned.
