SPLENDA® Red Berry Jam Recipe
Makes 2 L
Heat the SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend and water for 15 to 20 minutes or until it has the consistency of syrup.
Add the remaining ingredients, reduce the heat by half and simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes or until it gets back to a syrupy consistency.
Pour the hot mixture into the jars and seal tightly.
Cool and store.
- 11/2 cups (375 mL) SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
- 2 cups (500 mL) water
- 2 cups (500 mL) raspberries, frozen
- 1 cup (250 mL) cranberries, frozen
- 1 cup (250 mL) strawberries, frozen
- Juice from 2 limes
- Juice from 1 orange
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg powder
- 2 jars and lids, sterilized in boiling water
