Port Grilled Pineapple Recipe

Let the pineapple slices marinate in the Port for about an hour.

Mix the almond powder, the SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend and the cinnamon powder.

Remove the pineapple slices and place on grill at medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Turn them over and sprinkle the mix of almond powder onto the pineapple slices.

Close the lid of the barbecue and continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes. You will then have a delicious, savory and original dessert!


  • 8 slices, 1 cm (1/2 inch) pineapple
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Port
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) almond powder
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) SPLENDA® Brand Brown Sugar Blend
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) cinnamon powder
