Fruit Punch Recipe

In a blender, puree, in batches, frozen strawberries with 2 cups (500 mL) of pineapple juice. Pour into large punchbowl. Add remaining pineapple juice and the apple juice concentrate. Stir in SPLENDA® Granulated. Add carbonated water carefully, stirring gently and briefly. (Do not worry about any froth accumulating on top, as it will settle very soon.)


  • 5 cups (1 1/4 L) salt-free carbonated water; chilled
  • 1 2/3 cups (400 mL) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener- Granulated
  • 4 cups (1 L) unsweetened pineapple juice; chilled
  • 1 can (341 mL) frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate; thawed
  • 1 package (20 oz/600 g) frozen unsweetened strawberries
